Lead Stylist, Educator Meet Ryan

Being a top salon in Philadelphia doesn't mean that you are #1 on google or cost a fortune to walk in the door. It means that your team is equipped with the tools for success.  layered haircut or quick single process color can mean 1000 different things. So does the color mixture of what goes in that bowl.

We are a Redken Elite Salon. What does this mean? It means that we use Redken Hair Color, Redken Products and Pureology Hair Care. Having a consistent brand gives us the full line of products we need to give you the best result.

The ARS Education Team are all Redken Artists. They are certified at The Redken Exchange through intense training and testing and are then qualified to go out into Redken Salons and teach their stylists the right way to use the line.

Kate Curran and Ryan Rodgers are not only Lead Stylists at ARS but they are ARS Educators and Redken Artists. When they are not in other salons teaching they here at their home salon teaching ARS Stylists what is new and what is here to stay within Redken. of course they are behind their chair making magic for us all.

Q. Describe your first hair memory?

A. I worked as a receptionist at a high end salon and spa on the mainline and got the bug.

Q. What's your approach before you first start cutting or coloring someone?
